Joesphine Bulter Care home is located in South Liverpool, quite close to Sefton Park. Apparently, it was owned by shipowner Gerrard Locket and then turned into a care home. I can’t find much history on the place so can’t guarantee that info. Looking at the many fuse boards around the place it last had an EICR in 2016, so I assume it closed around then, which aligns with other info on here.
Access was well, easy even with the 500 security warning signs. We did this place after Greenbank Synagogue and it was nice not being followed by a squatter with a crowbar. I had second thoughts about making a report but there are some nice original features inside so why not?! But it’s pretty trashed.
